Ducks Audio

This was nothing short of a rip off. I paid over $100 cash to schedule an appointment to have my 2020 Ram 1500 BigHorn an evaluation to decide what kind of speakers to replace the originals with because it was Pre-owned and the speakers were playing bad and muffled. Sad to say I was hit in the truck before the scheduled appointment and it was totaled out. I ended up getting a brand new truck the following week and went back to Duck's to get my deposit back because I am not going to probably ever need it again. They refused to give me back my hard earned money saying that it has to be credited to the store. Now why is that when I wrecked the truck and have a brand new vehicle? You can't force someone to spend money in your establishment. That's Strong Arming 100%. So I gave you cash that I didn't need used anymore but if I don't ever need any audio or car help that this one location business or any other business has then you keep my money? I don't need your store credit. I'm suppose to be moving back to Louisiana in a few months. You guys get business. I've even referred a few people to you guys and they were satisfied. That's kinda being hard up for business and money to be honest. I am suppose to be awarded store credit if I used my card. I gave you cash and I should get my cash back. Just like any transaction that wasn't used. There's a clause in there somewhere and I'm not hurting for money at all but I am seeking legal advice regarding this matter. People are horrible rip offs. You can't keep my money and I never used your services PERIOD !!!! You guys never got the chance to even see my vehicle so what's the problem? And you can't say that you missed out on business do to my appointment because there were several appointment openings I was able to choose from The first picture is when I brought the truck. I purchased this truck on October 22nd. I came in Duck's audio on November 11th. Wrecked my truck on November 14th.As you can see on the second picture I can upload the picture of the incident report if you want. And I came into Duck's Audio on December 9 to get my deposit after coming back into town due to a family death. So how was it months later?!? This place is a rip off

Hands down , best customer service from an audio store that I have dealt left and my husband. He went in today because another audio store I will not mention the name did the initial and wanted the factory subwoofer hooked back up ,they told him that in fact it was still connected and said there was no charge even though they took the time to look . It is very rare to find a business that runs on sales to put customer service above making the buck. They have earned our business as our only auto audio choice! Trust, hard work And above all honest is important, especially now. Thank you

2 hardwired GPS systems, 2 dash cams and 2 LED headlight installs. I spent a lot of money here. I made an appointment for 10 am to have a headlight looked at that they installed. They said no one was available because they are working on a big job. Can I wait 30 minutes? No. What is the purpose of an appointment? Is the big job more important? I am very disappointed with this place and will take my small jobs and business elsewhere.

I would highly recommend Ducks Audio. They put in grill lights, under body lights, Amp and sub. I have had it for about 6 months no problems. When I went in and asked them to replace an grill light that had went out, (not their product) they wasted no time at all and sent me on my way saying you were under warranty. Highly recommend and I will be back.

I bought a 2016 Toyota 4 Runner and wanted to update the stereo system. I shopped around and decided on the new system that John recommended. Ducks had the best price for what I was looking for. The install was flawless and very clean and professional. I felt like they knew what they were talking about, great service and prices. I have recommended Ducks auto to my friends and family. I love that it's a family owned and operated small business. They have truly earned my business.
